Maximilian - Test engineer

From 2010 to 2014 I completed my training as a cutting machine operator. I then started as a toolmaker at HAWE in Freising in 2014. Here, I dealt with the production of jigs and tools on a daily basis. Here, my responsibilities included the independent programming of CNC milling machines as well as turning, grinding and hardening. From 2014 to 2018, I took part-time educational leave at HAWE. This means that HAWE allowed me to focus on my further education to become a technician. I worked full time for 2 years. During this time, I earned half. After that I attended the technician school for 2 years and during this time I received the other half of my salary thanks to the educational part-time.

After my technician training, I took a job in systems engineering. It was one of my tasks to assemble complex hydraulic power units and systems and to carry out functional testing. This position familiarized me with HAWE products and gave me a deep insight into the world of hydraulics. Since 2021 I have been working as a planner in the assembly department and mainly take care of upcoming projects in the field of pump assembly. My tasks include driving the projects forward, drawing up specifications in close cooperation with Industrial Engineering and also acting as its contact person on the factory side. Evaluating and classifying assembly-relevant data is also part of my job, as is integrating new products and ensuring that the assembly process runs smoothly.

For me, the interaction with each other and the familiar working environment make HAWE the perfect employer. In my highly interesting day-to-day work, I am given the freedom to structure myself and thus find the best way for me to succeed. Thanks to the flexible working hours and the "give and take" among each other, you can perfectly combine the working day with your free time and hobbies.
